Well I am also having the same problem. The program that compiles in Eclipse and JForex terminal at my computer, gives me Compilation error when loaded to Dukascopy. The compilation and test of Dukascopy is so opaque that I do not understand how they claim to be transparent. If I am not able to see the error that they are getting, how am I supposed to fix them?
Thanks Arnab

No response to thread so far? I am also stuck with this problem and not able understand the issue. There are error messages show after compilation at dukascopy end.
Thanks Arnab

it would be nice to get an answer why compilation works in jforex and does not work when uploading into the contest. also i think you need to forward the error to the user when it occures. no one will have an idea what went wrong withour a proper error log. especially when compilation works on the users local machine...
are you applying additional checks to contest strategies? if yes, please let us know.

I emailed Dukascopy support, but as of now I have had no response. Getting annoying as I was top 10 but now dropping fast.

Hi friend,
I am also facing the same problem from last one and half week.I have also sent one mail to dukascopy regarding compilation error problem.I have got a reply saying that they are working to resolve the problem. That's all I know my friend. All the bests to you for future....Dont know how long still it will take to resolve. No further clarifications from their side...My strategy has stopped working from more than 8 days..But this is life... Accept it....Keep growing and keep rocking....\mm/

Ok well if they are on to it then there is nothing to do but be patient.
I suppose I should be saying good luck for next month.

the compiler problem seems to be solved. next question is how to get from executed to running? is there a hidden button or something like that? how do you select the strategy to tade for the current month? sorry i am new to the platform... edit: i progressed further: 1. join the current contest (i thought i did already ) 2. upload strategy to my strategies 3. go to "for contestants" - "my page" 4. activate strategy ??? currently my strategy is "not running". i dont know why. no message is displayed there this seems to be the other problem described in this thread. another question: what are you supposed to do with the dc demo account sent to you when entering the contest? the strategy upload/activation seems to be done via the dc homepage.... it would be nice if you also send a quick tutorial "how to setup a strategy" when entering the contest. the current process is far away from beeing intuitive.

still doesn't compile for me even if the very same code produces good results running on my own computer... does anyone know what jdk is used by duka? are there any other constraints that result in 'Compilation error'? is there a reasonable compiler output - if yes, where can i find it?
