Competing in this competition seems to becoming a struggle for me Last month March - my strategy sat there doing nothing and that was that! This month - again after 6 trades it has stopped and that is that! If anyone can explain what is going on I would be delighted to hear us_copiosus

I would suggest you to check your code once again, and remove all unwanted parameters and then test it on your system to calculate CPU & Memory Usage. It will provide you clear picture of strategy stop problem as it occurs with your strategy every month. Happy Trading.

Thanks for the suggestion................
Seems odd to me though, since I have been using the same strategy for several months now and the problem has only recently emerged.
Anyway, please explain to me how I check memory usage (I do not have any unused variables)

Anyway, please explain to me how I check memory usage (I do not have any unused variables) You can simply see it in Window Task Manager "Javaw.exe"

This happened to my strategy last month.
Interestingly, someone copied 100% of my strategy which worked for him whole month without stopping.

Well my guess would be that you need to recompile your strategy if you use version that was already used in previous months. Just click on "Test" and then "Restart" - maybe this solves your problems.

Thanks, but the strategy compiles fine each time.............
Anyway, I am not allowed to update my strategy more than once each month and I have already used that to get the same strategy working.... So I am waiting on Contest Support to advise what is wrong

Hi! I did my 1st simple strategy. It works good on local or remote run, (it opens orders, sets stoplosses and takeprofits...). The next step was registering for the Stategy Contest. But when I uploaded it for the Stategy Contest, compiled - ok. Buy it didnt work, no one order was opened. What may be the problem in?
