the new version of the jforex platform for the trader contest is unstable, it spend too much bandwidtdh, don't know what kind of data
are downloaded by the flatform and the chart cannot appear in my jforex.

me too here..have huge problems with the new platform

1. my custom indicators do not show up properly (blank screen)
2. bad data connection for many pairs , they show no candles at all in lower timeframes even at the same time my live platform has no problem with data connection ..so it must have something to do with the new platform

My java is up to date , and I can't start jforex, can't close position. What is going on?

The historical price data problem is being solved. It is not related to the new platform version.

The problems with the indicators might be because of the changes in the API. Please send us the problem details and source code if possible to investigate the problem. You can send this to [email protected] or create the problem topic in the forum API section.

Please use JAVA 6 update 30, as the latest JAVA 7 is not fully supported yet and may have some problems.

This is the moment when JAVA cache clean can solve some problems, as there are very many changes in the latest DEMO version 2.14 in comparison to the old 2.13

(Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Java -> General -> Temporary Internet Files -> Settings -> Delete Files)

data problem still exists... today with GBPUSD no candlesticks visible for below 1h timeframe

this is what my audusd chart looks like ... i use java 6_30 and also deleted the cache
