First of all I wish you a "Happy New Successful Year, 2012 and Beyond!!...".

I cannot upload the Monthly Pivots from January on my platform. It shows the pivots from December.
Has anyone else that problem??

I cannot make an accurate Analysis without those pivots (Main Pivot Line, Resistences and Supports).
Dukascopy, please help me to fix the problem.

Hello Dukascopy team,

The problem still persists on 4 Hours and 1 Hour charts. On daily charts Monthly Pivot shows normal values for this month , but on 4H and 1H it shows the values from last month.

On Weekly and Daily Pivots all goes well.

Dear Dukascopy Team,

Besides the Monthly pivot problem for the 1H and 4H charts, I have encountered another problem.

Pairs containing SGD do not show any data in the charts, on all time frames (except for USD/SGD which doesn't show data on 4 Hours chart). I am talking about AUD/SGD, EUR/SGD, SGD/JPY, CHF/SGD.

Has anyone else the same problem?

Greetings dear Dukascopy Team,

I appologize, but I found another Problem regarding the Monthly Pivots.
On the Daily Charts the Monthly Pivots are correct, but on 4 Hours, 1Hour and Smaller Time Frames the Monthly Pivots are showing wrong Values.

Please Help me with a solution, as I use these pivots in my trading plan.
