Range Bar charts don't work

My range bar charts don't refresh properly. I use 5pip charts and after I load them most of the time they don't refresh any more.

I would like to know if there is a solution.

I've attached a screenshot to show what it lookes like.

The price has moved 13 pips but no new candle was drawn on range chart.
