@RequiresFullAccess annotation let your code to access any file or directory that you need.

Hello!
How to identify changes in annotations like @Configurable? I understand that system transparently updates variables but sometimes we need perform additional actions if parameters was changed.
Right now we using not very accurate method of checking old and current values every tick... But it look like a workaround, not like a real solution:)
