How can i set the auto chart shift? e.g. That there is always like 20 candles space to the right but the chart still auto scrolls with new candles?

It's called the shift-ruler, I guess.
But sometimes the auto-shift just 'hangs'; in this case one has to again press
the shift-ruler or the 'Set Chart Auto Shift' button, if it is active.
