Hello!

Sorry my virtual dust but I still cant figure out how your fractal indicator is working. From what I know it should come with a small delay(e.g. for 2 bars) but your implementation show him in the front line.
I guess your implementation show some prediction of fractal coming in the future but not real one. Am I right?

Yes, it calculates value from the available data. It changes till all the necessary data is available.

So how determine was fractal formed or not yet?

It depends from parameter "Number of bars on sides" that is given. For example, if its 2, then value for last two candles could change.

So there is no way to determine that fractal is completed?

It depends from optional value. If its 2 then you must look for correct value two candles before the current candle (on the third candle).
here sample code 
indicators.fractal(instrument, period, OfferSide.BID, 2, 3)

This will return you formed fractal with time period two candles.
