Regarding https://www.dukascopy.com/wiki/en/forex ... -bid-offer 1 contract should be visible in the market depth. As this does not work, please fix this or change the description. |

It will not work on BTC/USD because of specific instrument settings. The spread is wide and we are trying to avoid fraud transactions. |

What is wrong if we quote a price inside the spread? Isn't this the innovation of place bid/ask orders, so we can match with other participants on your platform. Dukascopy is just the match maker, creating 2x commissions from the place bid/offer maker and from the market taker. Please review this decision. Also commenting this in place bid/offer description would be very helpful. |

The problem is in the wide spread indeed. When the user puts a place bid or offer inside the spread, it narrows the spread. As a result one side gets static until someone hits that price or the order gets outside of the market spread. Taking into account the low liquidity so far, that would make the chart look ugly and most of the users would think that some technical problem has happened on our side. |

This is normal market behaviour. There is no "ugly" chart. Please open this for place bid/offer orders as promised on your website. https://www.dukascopy.com/wiki/en/forex ... -bid-offer There is no rational reason to except BTC/USD. |
