hi support, i have made a trade("SELL" BTCUSD) on Monday, latter on i found that Dukascopy reduced my open price 2 times which about 30 pip! and it is a "SELL" trade, which mean reducing my profit, can you tell me what happening?

If you want to ask support, you need to send your request to [email protected] and point out your account credentials and position/order ID Forum is the place for more broad discussions. And support is mot "merlins" or "russian hackers" who can see through crystal ball whose account is behind the nickname "i_hate_java"
