Dukascopy Swiss Forex Community TV broadcasters' model

• Dukascopy Swiss Forex Community TV is a public broadcasting area. Dukascopy Bank SA utilizes Telefision Interactive rooms, a technology developed by Telefision AG: http://www.telefision.com.
• Dukascopy Bank SA offers an opportunity to earn $30 USD per hour ($15 USD per 30 minutes presentation) by hosting your own Webinar and discussing a qualifying topic with other community members.
• In order to benefit from this opportunity and to provide your Webinar to be hosted by Dukascopy Bank SA, the first step is to propose your Webinar topic highlighting all the necessary details such as the date, time as well as the Webinar outline via the main page of the project: http://www.dukascopy.com/tv/Live.
• Once your topic has been approved (or rejected) by Dukascopy Research Team, you will receive a notification on your Dukascopy Community inbox. The Webinar topic will appear in the Webinar schedule, if approved.
• In case you wish to use slides or any other visual materials, you have to send them in advance to Dukascopy Research team at research@dukascopy.com. Dukascopy Research team might arrange system testing to ensure that the video and audio devices work properly and you get familiar with the Interactive rooms navigation.
• After the broadcast of the Webinar, you will receive a notice on your Dukascopy Community inbox that the broadcast was/was not successful and you are / are not eligible for the remuneration.
• The total monthly budget of Dukascopy Forex Community TV is up to $15000 to be shared by the volunteering Webinar presenters.

• Everyone, who is a member of the Dukascopy Community, may propose Webinar topics and become a Webinar presenter. Anyone can create an account in the Dukascopy Community free of charge and become a member of the community.
• Only persons aged 18 or over are eligible to propose Webinar topics and arrange Webinars.
• You agree to provide true information during registration. If you become eligible for remuneration upon meeting all necessary criteria expressed herein, information provided during your registration will be used for the opening of a live trading account with Dukascopy Bank SA in your own name. Should your personal data proved to be false, inaccurate or incomplete, Dukascopy Bank SA may at any time and at its sole discretion decide to withdraw your remuneration right.
• You must register under a unique "Nickname" which cannot be used by any third person in the future. Among other, multiple registrations and/or use of proxy servers may result in your disqualification.
• You acknowledge and agree that any picture, personal data, and any other information related to the Webinar as well as posted on Dukascopy Bank SA's Live TV webpage(s) are accessible to the public and that Dukascopy Bank SA does not ensure any confidentiality in this respect whether or not you and/or participants already have, intend to have or need to have a live account open with Dukascopy Bank SA. Consequently, you (as current or future holder of a live account with Dukascopy Bank SA) waive expressly the benefit of Swiss Banking Secrecy and release Dukascopy Bank SA from any liability in that respect in the frame of the Dukascopy Swiss Forex Community TV participation model.
• You acknowledge and agree that Webinars will be recorded and may be posted on Dukascopy TV YouTube channel, which is available to public.
• You are forbidden to use any kind of links in the profile pictures. Any sort of advertisement, restricted sensible contest is also not allowed. Dukascopy Bank SA reserves the right to delete the relevant avatar upon detection of rules' violation.
• Login names containing any trademarks of Dukascopy Bank SA or its products are not allowed. Words like "Dukascopy", "SWFX", "JForex" and other brand names associated with Dukascopy are forbidden.

Criteria for valid Webinar topic and presentation

• Webinar topics should relate to Forex trading (Technical Analysis, Fundamental Analysis, etc.), latest market news and events or any other interesting topics. If you are not sure whether a topic meets the criteria, feel free to contact research@dukascopy.com. Positive answers are indicative only and from Dukascopy Research Team do not imply future acceptance of the topic.

Key Limitations

• Webinars must be approximately 30 minutes long, which includes presentation (approximately 15-20 minutes) and Q&A session (approximately 10-15 minutes).
• Webinars should preferably be created and performed in English.
• Use of offensive or abusive language may cause disqualification from Dukascopy Forex Community.

Payment Conditions

• To be entitled to effective payment of the agreed remuneration ($30 per hour; $15 per 30 minutes), you shall conduct a sufficient number of valid (accepted) Webinars confirmed by Dukascopy Bank SA's representative, in order to accumulate a total remuneration of at least $100 USD.
• Upon accumulation of a total remuneration of $100, you will be eligible for payment on a live trading account with Dukascopy Bank SA, to be opened in your name, using the personal data provided by you when first registering.
• You may withdraw cash amounts from your live trading account after meeting a minimum turnover of $200,000 on that account (per every $100), counting from the day of effective payment.

Intellectual Property Rights

• You and all participants must ensure that all the materials used during webinar fully belong to you / them or that the necessary rights or licenses to utilize intellectual property of third parties have been obtained. Consequences of potential violation of third party rights are borne by you / the relevant participants only, at the exclusion of Dukascopy. You therefore agree to full indemnify Dukascopy in this respect should any damage, loss, exposure to claim, etc. arise for Dukascopy in regard to any breach of third party rights.
• You agree that any and all intellectual property rights, title and interest worldwide in the Webinars broadcasted by Dukascopy Bank SA and the related content whatsoever (hereinafter, the "Content") shall be irrevocably assigned to Dukascopy Bank SA and be the sole and exclusive property of the latter from the time of submission of the Content by you and at the latest from the time of first broadcasting.
• However, Dukascopy Bank SA reserves the right to mention you (and, as applicable other participants) as the author(s) of the Content (or as applicable other material, info or data posted by other participants).
• If, as per applicable law, you have any intellectual property right that cannot be assigned to Dukascopy Bank SA, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to Dukascopy Bank SA, during the term of such rights, an exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, free license, with rights to sublicense through multiple levels of sublicenses, of unlimited use of the Content.
• Based on the foregoing assignment of rights or license, Dukascopy Bank SA shall have unlimited right to (without restriction): store, publish, modify and otherwise use the Content for its own purposes without prior coordination and approval from the relevant authors. These purposes may include any kind of promotional activities or publicity campaigns, statistics collection etc.
• Notwithstanding the transfer of rights in the Content as per the above, Dukascopy Bank SA shall bear no liability whatsoever for the Content and any related information such as comments, material or any data posted by participants to Webinars; the liability remain with the respective authors.

Other Rules & Policies

• Dukascopy Bank SA reserves the right to disqualify you and any Webinar participant, to change the aforementioned rules, requirements and remuneration scale and conditions, etc., without prior notice and at any time and at its sole discretion. You have no claim against Dukascopy Bank SA whatsoever in respect or otherwise related to this "Dukascopy Swiss Forex Community TV broadcasters' model"
• Swiss law applies and governs all legal aspects of the relationship between you and Dukascopy Bank SA and Swiss courts shall have exclusive competence in case of litigation between you and Dukascopy Bank SA, in relation with this "Dukascopy Swiss Forex Community TV broadcasters' model".
