The Australian Dollar has continued to lose strength against the US Dollar after the pair hit the upper boundary of a descending channel on March 14. The AUD/USD pair edged lower on Friday. However, this depreciation was temporary stop by the weekly S1 near 0.7765.
Technical indicators suggest that the overall market sentiment should remain bearish during the following trading session. Nevertheless, given that the currency pair is located in the oversold zone as stated by technical indicators a corrective move north is likely.
As for near future, the exchange pair is likely to maintain the down channel.
