"Further falls in the GlobalDairyTrade auction raise concerns over the income NZ Inc. will receive from dairy this year. Continued price falls are removing a leg of support from the NZD."
- ANZ Bank New Zealand Ltd. (based on Bloomberg)

Pair's Outlook
To some extent the Kiwi has lost its strength; however, at the same time its losses has been rather small. Moreover, this year's high was set last week and that is when the decline started. We suspect that the pair will drop beneath the weekly PP at 0.8744; although, it might take NZD/USD a considerable amount of time and effort to fall significantly lower. In case the Kiwi dives below the weekly PP then it most likely will slide towards the 0.87 mark.

Traders' Sentiment
The portion of bears won two percentage points, making the gap between bullish and bearish traders even wider. Majority of traders expect the greenback outperforming the New Zealand peer, specifically 72% of them.
