Google sells to Apple

Bloomberg has revealed to the world that Apple and Google are negotiating a deal that would benefit Google. Namely, Apple intends to use Google's Gemini to power iPhone AI features.

The news have caused a massive surge of the price of Google due to the realization that Google is set to have a new large user base for its software. The stock price of Google parent Alphabet has started the day by jumping 6.02% up to $149.00, compared to the Friday's closing price of $141.24 per share.

In the meantime, the stock of Apple also gained. The stock price surged by 2.00%, as the markets see the deal as a positive for Apple. Namely, the company is not going to spend funds on developing own software, but simply use the best in the market.

Tesla surges due to price hikes

The stock price of Tesla has surged by almost 7.00% during Monday's early trading hours. Markets have reacted to the news of upcoming Model Y price increase in various countries. Tesla has announced that starting from March 22 it would increase Model Y prices in several European countries by around 2,000 Euros.

German landlord experiences major losses

The largest German real estate renting corporation Vonovia has revealed staggering losses. The firm has lost 6.76 billion EUR in 2023, compared to 669 million EUR in 2022. In addition, the company has written down 10.7 billion EUR in real estate value. The stock price of the company reacted to the news by plummeting 8.26%.
