Haeres Equita rescues Italy's hat maker Borsalino in auction

The Swiss-Italian financier-led group Haeres Equita has rescued the Italian hat maker Borsalino, famous for the Humphrey Bogart's fedora that appeared in the "Casablanca" film, by buying the designer at an auction for €6.4M.
