Hello, I have an automatic system programmed in Java for the JForex platform of the Dukascopy broker. I need someone who knows both programming languages (Java and MT4) to make me an exact copy of the Java system to Metatrader. I can send you the system.
Can you do that job for me?

It depends on how complex the Java is & the JForex API interfaces used - i can have a look at it for you.
