Interface IChartObject has deprecated method setTooltip(..). But tooltip for chart objects is very useful - mainly for automated trading. Tooltip can includes more informations than text.
Please let tooltip usable.

Internally setTooltip calls setText. Therefore setTooltip is redundant.
Automated strategies can use setText and getText methods.
