Label Empty Ext. ID in Jforex Platform

Hello,
when I use this command in LIVE account

this.order = this.engine.submitOrder("M0911111531CAGC", this.instrument, IEngine.OrderCommand.BUY, this.amount);

labels are not updated in JForex Platform. Just Position ID is showed. XXXUSD/JPY, but an empty "Ext. ID"

This not happen in DEMO Account

Please do you know some workaround ?

This is normal behavior. "Ext. ID" is empty for positions when global accounts are used.

Thanks for the information. That explains it

How could I change the "Global Mode" to "Hedge Mode" ?
