Hi, Can you let us draw a short line by using three points? because its difficult to snap the line to a candle, and when we snap it and go to a short time frame we'll find it not snapped correctly, so if you able to let us draw the short line by three points (the first and second point from a candle to a candle and the third one to specify the length of the extension for the short line) it'll be great help

I'll show you an example about why this cause many problems in the below photo which is the daily chart i draw a line that touchs the lower price of the candles, its look fine and everything is ok even it was hard to draw it because of the difficulty to snap the line to the candle let's switch to the 4H chart and see how is the relation between the line and the price points which touching it lets zoom in a little to let it clear, see the line not snapped correctly to the price candles which make troubles so let's snap the line in the 4H chart to correct it let's get closer, it look correct and snapped now let's switch to the higher time frame which is the daily time frame, the line appears not correct this issue is causing a lot of trouble and i don't know if it's regarding to the short line or for the scaling i wrote about this issue here https://www.dukascopy.com/swiss/english ... 00&t=54360
but even not this issue has a relation to the short line this not prevent it's hard to use the line with only two points
so please fix this scaling or switching issue and develop the short line to be drawn with three points thank you

You have this problem, because you do not draw the short line correctly. Firstly, make sure "Snap to candle/bar time" is enabled. Secondly, snap both - start and end points of the line to the high/low prices of the candles. As a result, switching between the periods would be smooth and line snapped correctly.

Thank you for your interest, i'm using the short line many times because its short and specific and will not make the chart crowd like the long line Another thing that even if i draw the short line for point to point we need an extension for it to see the reaction of the future candles to it. If i draw the short line form high to high or high to low without extend it what'll be it's role after that? The main role is for the extension and it's difficult to use the long line rather than the short because it'll complex the chart.
