Hi, I have 2 flows - 1 from onCandle (10s) and 1 from onTick. They used to work fine together, but right now the onCandle doesn't produce any signal. However, when I disconnect the onTick flow, the onCandle then works. Any ideas about this? thanks

my last post isn't showing anymore - so I'll try and replicate it as best I can. Everything was fine until Friday afternoon. Later on in the afternoon the 10s onCandles were not illuminating but the OnTicks were (before this they all were as they should).
Earlier today everything seemed ok again, but about 3 hours ago the problem returned - only this time it was the other way round - the 10s onCandles were illuminating but the onTicks weren't. So this seems to be part of a bigger problem.
Furthermore, about 1 hour ago, after I stopped the strategy, the onCandles were still illuminating (in fact they still are). No strategy running at all but the 10s onCandles are lighting up every 10 secs. This all seems really weird doesn't it?

n.b. I found the missing post (I'd posted in the wrong topic!!). I won't repost it here as it's summarized in the last post here.

and one more strange observation. I mentioned that I had closed the strategy (and was still getting the 10s onCandles illuminating). The strategy had shown all the other usual indicators of having stopped (the toolbar disappeared for example). Now I just went to log-out and I got a dialog box asking if I wanted to close the strategy. So having closed the strategy as normal, it hasn't registered in the server.
(and I still get the illuminating 10sec onCandles).
So I will reboot everthing (PC/browser) and post the result.

ok I rebooted it all. And I checked the feed to make sure it was set to 10 sec filter. So the onCandles and onTicks worked for a short time. And then the 10sec onCandles became very intermittent after a couple of minutes. Sometimes it would illuminate after 10 secs, then a minute and then longer, and then back to 10s for a couple of times.........and so on. It can't be a browser problem as this is running entirely on Dukascopy servers. So something isn't right with the signalling.

Hi,
A new version is about to be deployed (tomorrow latest) could you please let us know if such behavior is observed ?
You can also increase the priority of flash plugin and the browser at the level of windows task manager. This idea is not 100% tested thus I'm not sure how efficient it is. Start windows task manager go to processes, locate the browser's process used by visual and/or flash plugin (you'll identify it by the level of the used memory) and set the priority to "high" Thanks
