I have an open position manually. I activated my strategy in JForex platform.

When the candle of the default period is closed, the platform stops execution of the strategy.

I want my strategy is executed with an already open position manually. How do I solve this problem?

This is indeed possible but if your strategy implements a command to close the position then it will obviously execute this command. There is a solution that can be done depending on you strategy conditions, this can be for example to identify positions to be closed by a comment. The strategy will then close only positions having this identifier

When I put the strategy in place run in JForex platform, the strategy is in "stopped" status.

It has nothing to do with closing open position. The strategy stops working because it already has an open position.

Quando coloco a estratégia em local run na plataforma JForex, a estratégia fica em estado "stopped".

Não tem nada a ver com fechar posição aberta. A estratégia para de funcionar porque já tem uma posição aberta.

The solution was simple:

In JForex platform tab: tools / preferences / advanced / advanced settings / Stop strategies on exception.
