Dears, little problem with SAR trailing SL. I am able to trail SL accordingly to SAR, but in case there is more than one positions of the same side (2 and more LONGs for example), the strategy trails only the LAST OPENED (or filled) position. Please help, Antony

Hi,
For this you have to identify your positions one by one and apply the trailing accordingly . How many position per side are you willing to deal with?

Limited amount, lets say max (means max) 5 position per side (5 long / 5 short).
Appreciate Amine, A.

I see, In this case it could be better to work with separate position variable and trail each one separately. You're welcome

Please see the attachment. BTW is there any solution in terms of repetitive question: "any LONG position opened (filled)?" if YES than move SL accordingly to XY
??
Looking forward and be fine, A.

Hi,
Basically you should be able to act on all open positions with a unique command but something is blocking to achieve that. Let me check this and I'll get back to you asap.
Thanks

That would be great, because I did spend whole yesterday afternoon on that with no improvement at all. Btw the SAR block chain (as I made it) is running on vjforex (traling only last opened position) but it is not working at all on demo Jforex historical testing.

HI,
I've made minor changes at the level of SL order updates (right side) but I did not really test the strategy, can you do it and let me know the result ?
Thanks

Hi Amine,
one brief test on Jforex historical testing with good result, no errors. Keep you posted if any trouble appears.
Again, your work is very appreciated and of a big help!
Thanks, Antony

Hi
You're welcome ! I did not create this variable, it is ready-to-use when you expand "OpenPostions" (that I created) in the left side under user's variables. This array is created and used as an output in Position viewer block to save the array of data created every loop cycle.
Cheers
