What does it mean when after "Run" or "Test" strategy the status set "Comp.error"?

Usually it means that strategy can not be compiled due to error.
By now we are facing tech issue, after fix your strategy will be restarted automatically.

I have same error but It's not fair, some strategies working and others have Comp. error!

i have the same problem there no errors in my strategy
