Error Strategy remote run

Hello,

I execute a strategy with remote running in a demo account without problems.
Same file in the real account shows a popup without any message. Only "Error".

In real account in local run also works fine.

Can you help me please?

Please provide the strategy that causes the issue. If you don't want to post it here, you can send it to [email protected] email (with reference to this topic).

I can't launch remote run either on DEMO account. It gives an empty error message box. The messages however say: 17:54:26 Starting "myStrategy" strategy at 2015-02-05 17:54:31.843 GMT on the remote server.
But nothing seems running.
Don't know for Live accounts and local run works fine.
