We suspect you are launching old .jnlp, which has old link in codebase.
Remove all .jnlp files in your Downloads folder and download .jnlp from the website to be sure you are launching fresh one.
Clear Java cache:
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Java -> General -> Temporary Internet Files -> Settings -> Delete Files
