Management Hello.
Because I am in the time zone GMT +8, now I want to write an indicator to show the start time of each BAR local time, but only in outputParameterInfos OutputParameterInfo.Type.DOUBLE, or OutputParameterInfo.Type.INT, I ask, I how to output? I think the output is the String time format

This is not the case, there is also https://www.dukascopy.com/client/javadoc/com/dukascopy/api/indicators/OutputParameterInfo.Type.html#OBJECT which is the type you have to use for your indicator. For an example indicator which draws text values on chart please refer to WSMTimeIndicator or FibonacciPivotIndicator, see:

My purpose is to calculate the local time is displayed in OHLC top, this how? can help demo implementation of, please?

If you mean the OHLC chart object, then this can be done much more conveniently from a strategy, see:
