WHat does that that Problem mean in the Java Console?
datacache.t ] Connection timed out: connect java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect
When i do backtests i get that information.
Can anybody help?

that error means several possibilities:
Internet connection problems network connection problems or Dukascopy servers latency getting too high or other problem with them.
I do not have at the moment to much experience with using the cache to do backtesting (almost none), but i think you can save all cache files and use them without the need of download. Maybe someone with more experience can help you or Dukascopy Support Team. There exist some threads about this but don't remember where but i think you can find them with the help of search functionality of the forums.
