Dear support team,

Please help me I can't login to demo account.

Any advise how to resolve problem? (previous version worked fine)

Hi...

By the atached file, that seems like connection problem...

If you don't have problems with your internet, and don't connect behind a proxy server, and at least Dukascopy servers are ok, maybe a problem with your firewall (don't forget AV software, some install a firewall too and can block software communications)...

Thank you for recommendation, it seems that the connection is blocked from the server of my work :((

TCP/IP port 10443 must be opened
