dear support,

any click after i login to the community website will kick me out and i need to login again, so i cann't do any activity in the community website , not to rate, not to write comments, not even to check my own messages,
i thought it may be a virus, so i update my antivirus and everything seems to wrok, but the problem still exist,

hopefully you can help me solve this problem out,

Dear user,

which browser are you using? Appears from how you describe the problem that it has some problem with cookies. Could you please give us some more details on the problem?

well, i have not do anything new everything is running the normal way until i register this month for the article contest,
after that, each time i log to community page i logged normal, my picture and name appear on the left up corner and i am legally logged in, now any press over any icon will transfer me to the new page as unlogged player, and need to log in again.

so what did i do trying to solve the problem out, i install 3 new browsers , avant+ mozilla firefox+opra, try them all with the same result,
then i update the anti virus and did a full scan to my laptop, yet no change the same problem still exist any action after logging in will kick my out with no consideration of my sensitive emotions :mrgreen:

i delete all cookies still the same problem,
when i disable cookies i couldn't log in at all.
all other sites that i am of their members are normal i can stay logged in no matter how many pages i visit (including this forum).

by the way Mr. Milani i am a very lazy commenter,and if they banned me for that reason, why shall i being kicked out when i want to submit an article, or when i try to enter the blog or any different page.

anyway if nobody else facing the same problem, i guess its something in my laptop so thanks to all who try to help.
I'll try to live with that, the really silly thing about it, is that i can't submit any article so far.

I can not access my blog :(

I have same problem, start last week, I'm using Safari web browser.
Sometimes I made one or two comments and I´m logged off, other times I log in and immediate log out.
Could you please see what is the problem?

I noticed some changes some days ago to trader contest but I've been unable to log into myblog ever since. The log-in popup is not loading and it's not due to low connection. As a result, I can't register for January Contest. I hope support can do something about this before the new year.

Hi,

I think you will have to make some changes in your "Firewall Settings"
The Log-In Pop-Up wont load unless you connect to :-
dukascopy.com on port 443
comodoca.com on port 80
and I think (not sure of the name or port) usercert.com on port 80

I'm having login problems: I am able to login, but the system seems to log me out very quickly, so I have to log in many times every day. It is a frustrating waste of time. Please help solve this issue.
I am using Windows 7 and this happens with both Firefox and Chrome.

Just right now, I was logged in and commented on another participant's page - now the forum here does not recognize me (to clarify, this usually happens within the contest pages, not even when I am leaving for the forum).

I have been having the same problem since the recent changes made on the website. I have to log-in multiple times before I'm signed in. I tried changing from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome and Firefox, still no change. Also noticed a bug problem whenever I check the biggest profit for the day using IE, no problem using other browsers though.
