I think traders should be given the option to edit a pending order. Sometimes pending Buy/Sell order levels change according to the market volatility; because of these volatile changes, we should be able to edit the pending order buy/sell prices as well. It would also help reduce the cancellation of pending orders and help the traders accommodate to the different market conditions.
