sunday (11th of december) i made an interesting observation in one of the countless hater comments of user "pistek". in this free comment pistek was again cryptotrashtalking about "cheaters" and "gamblers". in this comment pistek was also ranting about DUKASCOPY that it would be a provider with an easy to cheat NOT SERIOUS contest... pistek did this in a repetititve manner over the whole weekend... like the weekends before!

well, the detail i have noticed in this special comment is very interesting!

i am referring to the COMMENT "DON´T BELEAVE TO SPAMMERS", which meanhwile got deleted!



in this above shown comment user "mielec" anwsered by providing an external link to a third party trading or demo or stat-showing platform. after you copy/pasted and entered this link a message showed up, saying:

"you cannot access someone else´s portfolio"...

obviously "mielec" had posted a https-link in pisteks hater-comment because he was logged in on that other account. later in a 2nd post in that same hater-comment of pistek mielec was referring to that account as his "brothers account".



well, the system on that other page provides also a public link where you can see what is happening in that referred demo account. if you have a closer look at this public link you find in it the username "ameba" and the specification "mental". well, some of you probably remember the content of "mielecs" ALREADY DISQUALIFIED ARTICLE (abuse of intellectual property)in the article contest? this article was about the mental aspects of trading.

if you now have a look at the members list of the DUKASCOPY FOREX COMMUNITY and search for "ameba" you will find one also registered to the DUKASCOPY trader contest.

a user called "ameba" and his hometown is "mielec".

"mielec" and "ameba" both are from poland. ameba also lives in the town mielec.. and guess what. they both registered right at the same day. and one of them lives in a town which the other one uses as a nickname. look at their profile info about the registration dates!





additionally, as far as i have observed it, user "ameba" is almost never logged in in the community. and everytime ameba places an order, user "mielec" is logged out out of the community for a short moment!

coincidence?

so, let me resume:

DFC user mielec refers in that comment to a "brother" (username shown in that public link as "ameba") showing his demo-stats in that other site. now we know that such a user "ameba" also exists here in the DFC. i can remember, that a few weeks ago a TOP TEN contestant was disqualified because he also referred to registered "brothers", but DUKASCOPY disqualified him for multiple registration reasons:

i would like to ask the DUKASCOPY TEAM for an examination of "mielecs" case. do we have a multiple registration in mielecs case?

i am not asking because mielec perhaps participates in another contest or shows his stats somewhere else. i am aware of the fact that this does not break any DFC rules. although i personally would not waste my time participating anywhere else, because the DFC contest is in my eyes THE PLACE TO BE, i consider a multiple registration INSIDE the DUKASCOPY trader contest of course as a rule breaking.

the above mentioned evidence just indicates exactly this!

DUKASCOPY has shown in the past that they take especially this kind of rule breaking very serious.

i think we have too many coincidences in this case and too many questions. why should "ameba" give "mielec" the login details for his account on that other site??? if mielec easily can also use the public viewing link of that account? additionally, why should "mielec" promote in DFC the success of his "brother" "ameba" in that other DEMO stats/contest and "ameba" himself is totally quite about that in the DFC? .... VERY STRANGE, INDEED. also very, very strange: the "brothers" dont even interchange one single word inside DFC....

oh well, after mielec referred to his "brothers" account on that other site in pisteks hater-comment, i asked "mielec" if his "brother" participates also in this DUKASCOPY contest and guess what, he said NO!



well, this means, that mielec refers to having a brother (username "ameba" on that other site) showing his demo stats on that other site and in the same moment mielec says that he has no brother being registered in the DUKASCOPY trader contest. well, then please explain the similarities in the registration date and all the coincidences about the nicknames and all the other stuff shown above!

why do we then have in DFC the users "mielec" AND "ameba", registered both at the same day and "ameba" is even living in the town mielec?

look in the first screenshot above at the history of that dialogue in that free hater comment of pistek. first mielec just wanted to show his HUGE performance and perhaps he recognized after that, that he might get into trouble with that and tried to heal his mistake with the legend of a brother.

but the news was already in the world...

i guess somebody in this case just has stumbled over his own pride...pride over the success in that other demo account???

please DUKASCOPY, check this issue.

I'll throw out this accusation: Skytrader is left without any neurons

skytrader you are good trader and an intelligent person and I respect you as a fellow trader, but if u have noticed violation by any contestant u should inform Dukascopy Support Team via private email and let them decide whether the contestant have violated contest rules.

What if u r wrong in your investigation. By doing this publicly u are destroying that contestants credibility for future contests.

1. if the DUKASCOPY team does not want to get this published, or cares about the reputation of a trader, they must not approve the thread. it would have been easy to contact me and say, we will investigate that, we dont want that in the forum.

2. this has been done here several times before with MUCH LESS evidence.

3. this gets done all the time in the article and also in the strategy contest. even rahul made this a while ago in the traders contest, for example with artur10 and peterisp. a lot of "Guests" do it permanently.

4. its more workload for DUKASCOPY to read through a bunch of screenshots, and get things together, when they get them as files by email. in this html-form it is much easier to check.

5. there is not much reputation to destroy in this case. the evidence is overwhelming. additionally this user has already tried to fool the article contest team and the contestants with a plagiarised text the first time. this article got disqaulified.

6. do you really think that all the above described facts are just coincidents???

next time a bunch of haters starts again a witch hunt and a DEFAMATION campaign against me, i would very much appreciate, if you assist me with your wise words... doubting LOUD all that crap and lies you read about me....
