time zone & chart

Is it possible for users to customize the time zone to display on the chart? It is a simple and basic feature to implement, and I'm really surprised that Dukas doesn't have it.

Please help developers! It's really confusing to have GMT time on the chart. Most of traders don't live in GMT time zone.
