Good day,
every time i'm trying to login into Jforex i get this 'network failure, please relogin' message. each time, i need to try at least more than 10 times before i can login. i'm not sure about other user, but it is so frustrating. Is Dukascopy demo server is capable of supporting the increased number of competitors? why is it this problem is recurring more frequently recently?

No service breakdowns have been observed on the platform recently. It seems to be a locally-reasoned issue with the connection. Thank you for reporting, though.

I have the same issue in Finland. Very frustrating. Never experienced a platform as difficult to get going as this. Glad it´s only demo. But interesting contest still so I would not want to give up.

This is happening to me too. This is happening EVERY DAY on both demo AND live. There is nothing wrong with my computer. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection, modem, router etc. I have cleared the Java cache many times. I have reinstalled Java many times. I have reboot my computer.....many times. The problem still persists.
I ask Dukascopy to PLEASE make your system more reliable. I do not like having to wait half an hour or more to log in. I do not like having the connection drop on me while I trade with the message "Network failure, please relogin" glaring back at me. I do not like seeing this message for the next 30+ minutes each time I try to log back in.

I share the same sentiment with the previous comment. i have a live account and it failed me while i was trading today during Bernanke speech. couldn't log in for about 10 minutes when the market is moving so rapidly. had to trade with web based platform. i think Dukascopy needs to do some refinement with JForex. tired of waiting and 'network failure, relogin'.

I also used to get "Network" related issues few times, however ever since I've started using the Auto Launch, no worries. Even if there is a network issue, I click auto-launch and it works fine! So guys, try this out: https://www.dukascopy.com/wiki/index.php?title=Auto_launchingHowever this week, JForex started to give me second problem which is quite strange: not accepting my orders or letting me edit/cancel or even close the positions. The chart is of any currency I choose however the new order entry remains of EUR-USD only (default currency). This issue doesn't gets resolved by clearing the Java cache or re-opening JForex, however it needs a system restart! which is little bit frustrating. I do use multiple Java based applications on my system and no one gave me any problems this week. Does anyone else besides me is facing order entry related issues? Dukascopy might have some resolution to this problem? Happy weekend.

I can confirm that the "network failure, please relogin" does lately happen much more often and that it also happens when there is no issue with the internet connection on the client side.
We have two very stable and fast Swiss broadband connections that are independent of each other and use a router that does failover's between the two connections, and still we get the network failure with the DukasCopy clients. In Addition we cannot see any internet failures in our router logs at the times the Dukascopy clients logs out automatically or cannot login.
Best, RR.

I use to have the same problem all the time too. What I had to do to save on the frustration was go into my java settings through the control panel and tell it not to cache java files. These seems to solve that problem on windows. However it still doesn't stop the random disconnects I experience from time to time but it does usually reconnect on its own. Hope this helps and good luck to all. :o)

It's definitively machine-related. In other words, it doesn't seem to be a reliability issue from Dukascopy's network. I have three machines on my network and only one of these consistently has this issue, the other two work fine. So it has to be Java caching something that's causing the problem. I disabled caching like IBPipN suggested and it seems to be working better, I'll keep you posted.
