Couple of questions about JForex.

Hi, everyone. I am seriously considering joining Dukascopy, but before that i have couple of questions.
1. As far as i understand Automated trading is available on JForex platform and automated program is written in JAVA?
2. Is API for automated trading available for retail $1000 accounts?
3. What documentation and tutorials are available for JForex programming?
