why did I open 2 positions on EURUSD for 5 mio each?

Today, when I placed one market order for EURUSD for 5 mio, 2 identical orders were open for both 5 mio at the same price and same time. Can you please let me know why this happen? I lost 15 pips 2 times. Don't know if dukas can fix it. Thanks.

Please kindly send us the Java log if you face such a situation once again. Unfortunately, we were not able to replicate the issue. Or, we might need more information to do that. Report directly to [email protected]
