I noticed some traders have wrong pip calculation in their P/L

this is example:

NagarajaAdiga 1 Feb / Fundamentals and News
shooting star candle on 5 min. trading for 15-20 pips
SELL 5.000M EUR/USD @ 1.38125, SL 1.40129 (200 pips), TP 1.36129 (200 pips)
CLOSED
P/L: +600 pips

The issue has already been discussed numerous times.
It appears in case of partial fills on opening/close of the position. The pips gained/lost may get duplicated or triplicated (depending on the number of attempts made to open or close a position). However, all the statistics are calculated correctly as you can see by looking on the trader's stats.
The improper figure may be shown only next to the record in the trader's blog (which has only an informative nature).

We are currently working on it. The bug will be fixed soon.

Dear Tradevertex,
it works this way, i had placed a buy eur/usd ask >= 1.3812. the whole 5 million didn't get filled in 1 order. it took 3 bids to fill the order. the blog system calculates that as 3 trades and when the TP triggered, it calculates as 200pip * 3 trades =600 pips gain and shows in the blog as 600 pip.

See the "Total pip points gained" it shows much lesser than 600 pip inspite of all winning trades.
if the gain were 600 pips, the balance should have been 437000 (ie. 5000000*.06)+opening bal+other trade profits. which is not the case here.

hope this clarifies your doubt.

thanks
