If you'd like to know more about any particular strategy, post your feedback right in the forum thread or send us an email. We will try to help you with questions. If we won't be able to reply to you, we will get in touch with the strategy author for additional information.
Of course, the strategies created for the contest can be used on the demo contest only! No one says that there is a strategy that can be used on LIVE and you must not use them for your live trading. The difference between LIVE and DEMO strategies leis primarily in the money management principles. But a good strategy is not always a complex strategy based on neural networks, astrology, extraterrestrial patterns or similar stuff.
For some of you, the strategy contest is a unique opportunity to learn. For others, it's an opportunity to win the real cash prizes, for the third group of participants it can be just the competition itself or having some fun.

hanghangzhu wrote: hi, i am a new guy and do not understand english well. can anybody tell me what the meaning of turnover? You open a position of 1 million EURUSD, so your turnover is 1 000 000 EUR. When you will close the position, the total turnover will grow to 2 000 000 EUR. In the table, all turnover data is converted back to USD.

I'd suggest to set 50 000 USD as a total stop loss level and 10 000 USD as a daily loss level.

Usually, if you are managing investor's funds, the investor expects you not to lose more then 20-30%. I see the value of30000$ as the global stop loss level and maybe 2000$ as a daily loss level. That's only 2 percent of the initial capital.

12:56:00 com.dukascopy.api.JFException: Order not selected. @ jforex.converted.ILAZN.start(ILAZN.java:168) On the platform, go to Tools -> Preferences -> Advanced and remove the tick from checkbox "Stop strategies on exceptions". Run the strategy again.

The registration for the final month of the year has already started. Do not forget to read the rules for December carefully.

That simply means that the file name does not match the name of the public class. There must be only one public class in your file and it's name must be the same as the file's name.

Dear Support,
is there a maximum size of the amount opened position?
For example an amount of 1 000 000 USD per position.

It's like playing poker with my cards on the table The purpose of the contest is not only for you to gain skills at JForex API individually but to benefit the whole JForex community. This is necessary as many traders lack knowledge and awareness of our JForex capabilities.

Hi,
I am not sure whether I understand this rule correctly or not:
The maximum amount of simultaneously opened positions is 1. Any further requests to open a new position will be rejected by the platform.
means when I have an opened sell or buy and I haven't closed it yet, I can not open another sell or buy?!
Thanks for your help
