If an API enhancement/change would be required to support strategy management
from a plugin, then I would like to see that enhancement please.

Available with JForex-API 2.9.5.1, see the usage example StratTablePlugin in the latest JForex-SDK.zip, which can be packaged in a jar file by using the strategy-manager-plugin profile in pom.xml.
