Following on from JFOREX-3812, the fib pivot indicator does not work for range bar/renko type charts.

By design the indicator works with time frames, meaning that it is bound to be used only with the DataType.TIME_PERIOD_AGGREGATION feed.

We reiterate that time frame based indicators are not designed to be used with price aggregation feeds. If some of them get plotted on chart with range bars, it does not mean that it is correct to use them in such way.
