I need to assign orders in history to different strategies. I try to do this by writing a unique label either into the order-label or in the order-comment. However, it seems that these information get lost whenever orders are closed. While I can read these information when the corresponding order is open:
for (IOrder order : engine.getOrders(pair[pair_number])) {
if(......) { label=order.getLabel(); comment=order.getComment() }
}
the corresponding strings return "null" if I read orders from history:
for (IOrder order : history.getOrdersHistory(instrument,Start_Time,tick.getTime()))

It seems that also other information get lost when orders go into history (e.g. order.getProfitLossInAccountCurrency). This is somehow annoying. Is there a workaround how I can safely identify orders in history?

Hi,
unfortunately labels and some other data (depends from order) are not stored in a history. This is a limitation of current implementation.
The only solution is to create your own history and store it locally.

Please implement this history label saver as soon as possible, otherwise it is impossible to analyse labeled history orders. There is then no other way to distinguish them than labeling, e.g. one has different trading strategies on one account.
