AgenaTrader: Requesting Comissions, Orders and Positions

Order.GetCommissions()
AgenaTrader is designed to only be able to work with nonHedged accounts.

With the latest API we are having the problem that Order.GetCommission() always returns 0 on nonHedged Accounts.
For evaluation purposes we tried it for hedgedAccounts - and for this accounts the system returned with values > 0.

IEngine.getOrders()
This function does't respond with the details which are expected - we are only able to try it with nonHedged Account.
Please have a look into the Attachment.

Would be great to get a soon answer to this issues - because we would like to go live with DukasCopy very soon.

JForex API does not provide with a commission information for orders/positions in case of global account.

1) @ commissions:Is there a special reason why this is supported for hedgedAccounts but not for global accounts 2) But we are more interested in the second issue IEngine.getOrders() Could you please have a look onto this request again ... it is detailed descriped in the attached document many thanks

We could not reproduce the second problem - a wrong list of IEngine.getOrders().

Excuse me - but you didn't answer my question or your answer doesn't help us. @ 1) @ commissions:Is there a special reason why this is supported for hedged Accounts but not for global accounts? @2) It might be, that you can't reproduce this problem, but we can as you can see in the attachment. So what can we do. to find out whats going wrong Thank you for your help

There is no an information on commissions for global accounts. Since all global account positions are being accumulated, merged and handled for a long period of time, there would be a trade server overload. As well it is not clear which commissions are required for instrument (for last hour, day, year?)

Trade commissions for global account will be available in a next API version.
