Interface IClientChartPresentationManager

Please add appropriate "getters" in this interface.

For example, in the "setter" void setChartAutoShift()

Please add the "getter" boolean isChartAutoShift()

This would allow us to query the state, and only setChartAutoShift() when the state was wrong.
