On Live platform, Orders are not showing in the Orders Tab. The Entry, and Sl lines are showing on the charts, but only the POSITION tab shows the trade. If order is still pending, there is no sign of it anywhere. I have restarted, re-booted, changed timeframes, and reloaded the charts with no success. Is this a known bug?

Dear Support , I have a similar issue and not to open a new thread I will write here - when I place a pending order (on live desktop platform ) and when I start the PC on the next morning the pending orders are not shown on the desktop platform , can not be seen..... I have to to start the mobile platform on my phone to eventually cancel the pending orders.
I think is really a big issue.
