Decorations are not rendered for poly-line if there is only 1 segment.

Here is screen shot (top-to-bottom)
1. Poly line with 2 segments
2. Poly line with 1 segment (ending arrow is not rendered)
3. Poly line with 1 segment (while in process of creation - arrow at the end is rendered)
