"missing parameters in request (800)" this error message keeps coming up whenever I try to log into jforex.

and now I can't seem to log into my managed accounts on the Dukascopy website. what is happening?

sent my logs to support but no reply.. searched through everything but cannot get a clue about what it's referring to.. need help!
