Hello,

there is slight brain-confusing bug with dragging of chart by mouse - under some conditions chart is moved more then mouse is moved and this happens only when dragging left-to-right. Dragging right-to-left seems to be always correct.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open EUR/USD chart at 30 minutes
2. press '-' zoom button until min possible zoom is achieved
3. turn off mouse cursor pointer on chart toolbar
4. press mouse at time '2017-10-26 17:00' and drag slowly to the right

Expected behavior: mouse cursor always points to the same bar on price chart
Actual behavior: chart is moved more forward to the right than expected and mouse pointer stays more and more behind initially pressed bar
