Hi,

For several weeks now, I cannot start JForex3 (demo and live) if I download jnlp from https://www.dukascopy.com website. I get Java error "Unable to launch the application" and the exception as presented below. It happens to all of my PCs, even for those with freshly installed OS (Windows 10 Pro) and Java. The error always refers to the same commons-logging library.

However, there is no issue if I download the jnlp file from https://www.dukascopy.com/europe. In such case all works fine.

Are you aware of the issue, is there any cure for it?

Hi Dukascopy Team,

It is working fine now. The jnlp file from both sources www.dukascopy.com or www.dukascopy.com/europe are start the application as expected.

Configuration of my PCs and VMs has not changed.
