Why not data refresh ?

some time I use short timebase, but not refresh data and chart.

the time disappear!!!????
maybe refresh process has some bug,

What OS are you using?
Does your computer go into sleep mode?

OS: Win 7 pro
These were alway takeplace at 20 seconds chart, and the not update data alway are the dat near 23~24 hour as I open the Trading Platforms 1st time one day.


the data lack alway start from 14:00:00.

Though the chart of 20 seconds timebase not influence trade, but effect the shape image of chart.

some time it change to regular if I exit and re-open the Trading Platforms.

so only on 20 seconds chart, 1m and 5m are Ok,
