Application error - unable to launch application

Hello!
I am getting a new error when trying to launch the jforex platform.

Here is the solution that I came up with. Hopefully others will find this helpful.

The problem is with Java and the storage of the temporary files.

To fix:
1) Go to "control panel"
2) click "Java"
3) in the "general" tab - click "Settings"
4) uncheck "keep temporary files on my computer"
5) click " delete files" button
6) click "OK", and again "OK" to exit.
7) click "apply" and "OK" to exit
8) launch the JNLP file
