Since JForex Live is updated to version 2.43.2 it logs out from time to time with a network failure. Why?
I found this in the activity log

As I know from other accounts, it does not depend on the strategy.
How to avoid this? Is this a bug on your side?
Anyway it is very dangerous problem as it seems to log out randomly.

We believe we have solved this connection problem in version 2.43.3, which is available on DEMO and LIVE since yesterday. Please update.

And please check JAVA console to locate the path to folder where log files are stored. It looks like this:
2015-02-06 13:55:44.985 INFO  GreedClient - The current log file=C:\temp\logs\LOG_2015-02-06 13.55.44.log

Send us the log file of that day (04.02.2015 included) so we can investigate it and confirm the correct problem recognition.

ok, thanks. I updated it after it happened again yesterday.
I found the log and extracted the part when it happened.
It seems like as soon as there was no Heartbeat for 10 secs the platform logged out automatically as the "primary connection ping failed".
